The Interview Don’ts

You just get one opportunity to establish a great first impression in front of your interviewer and get that job! Making silly mistakes and losing out on the dream job will make you regret for the rest of your lives.

Just make sure you Don’t commit these mistakes:
  • Don’t request that the interviewer tell you about the company. Research on the company and come prepared.
  • Don’t have your mobile phone on, your Bluetooth on
  • Don’t answer questions with questions except to explain. For instance, if the interviewer asks what your multi-year objective is, DON’T answer with "for what reason do you want to know?", but Don’t hesitate to inquire as to whether they are interested in knowing your own multi-year objective just as your expert one.
  • Don’t expect potential employers to gather the majority of your skills and traits from your resume.
  • Don’t misdirect an interviewer for a job you are not willing to perform.
  • Don’t act offended or insulted if the interview timetable isn't maintained or if there are multiple changes throughout your interview.
  • Don’t go to an interview hungry or tired in the event that you can enable it To do make sure to smile, look and try exceptionally difficult to recollect the names of your interviewers (write them down; request their names again in the event that you didn't catch it the first time).
  • Don’t expect the interviewer(s) to have perused your resume recently or recall what it says.
  • Don’t talk too fast or too slow as you may leave the wrong impression with the interviewer. They might also not be able to understand you resulting in you being rejected for the job position.
  • Don’t smoke, have tobacco or chew gums in front of the interviewers because that is going to leave a really bad impression.
  • Don’t be too nervous, keep your calm and you will do great on your interview!
