SalesForce Technical Architect and Development Lead

Max Rate is $70/hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
This role requires a hands-on Technical Development Leader and Architect with strong data integration experience into Salesforce.
Preference is for those with experience working within a Healthcare Payer or Provider clients, but not required.
Qualifications:
This consultant must execute at a solution architect level, and have a firm understanding of data integration (ETL and APIM), and experience with modern cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS. CRM integration Salesforce, Pega, or Dynamics preferred.
▪ Must have significant experience working on data integration projects, involving integrating data from various sources.
▪ Must have experience with batch data integration patterns, as well as services based (API) integration patterns and technologies.
▪ Must have modern cloud based integration experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios
▪ Experience working with MDM, data governance, data cleansing, and data quality management frameworks and tools is required.
▪ Must have effective verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting ideas, concepts and architectures in various contexts/audiences, including within the solution sales cycle.
▪ Must have strong customer interaction and problem solving skills, as well as collaboration skills and experience, with proven ability to work through technical issues, people issues.
Must be an active participant and leader in defining and organizing the work at the scrum team level, and drive project execution from a technical im[plementation leadership perspective.
Experience with MSFT SSOIS and BizTalk integration tools is considered a big plus.
Leading and mentoring heads down data integration development teams.
Defining the appropriate implementation patterns and designs to be used.
Collaborative problem solving and design.
Experience with multiple data integration tools and patterns.
▪ Experience in a professional services/consulting firm a plus.
▪ Possess a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture, and market/technical trends.
▪ Experience in project component estimation and team structure definition for enterprise data integration projects.
▪ Master▪s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Preferred Skill:
▪ Experience working in Healthcare Payer and or Healthcare Provider industry.
