Salesforce Architect - CRM and Opportunity Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our CRM and Opportunity Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities, with a proven track record in designing scalable solutions that enhance customer relationship management and streamline opportunity management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions for CRM and Opportunity Management that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including integration points and data flow diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to leverage the platform's capabilities.
- Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and architecture principles.
Qualifications:
- Vlocity experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with a strong background in CRM and Opportunity Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
