Job Description
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP and Salesforce.
▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
▪ Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
▪ Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
▪ Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of SAP and Salesforce solutions.
Instructions
▪ Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP and Salesforce.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
▪ Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
▪ Demonstrated experience in program management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
