Expertise: Salesforce application architecture
Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service (FSL), AI, SFDC Platform
8+ years of extensive experience with Salesforce, including deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Hands-on implementation experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ/quoting tools, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFMC, or Pardot.
Strong knowledge/experience with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
Expertise in version control and CI/CD implementations using tools like Copado, GitHub, etc., with close monitoring of deployments.
Experience integrating Salesforce with APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Ability to lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
Provide expert advice on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations.
