Salesforce Developer
▪ Location :LA, CA ( 3 days office)
▪ Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Experience, Financial Services, etc.).
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings).
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using SOQL/SOSL.
Design and implement OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Manage DevOps processes including code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore teams.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning) to ensure timely delivery.
What you must have to be considered:
10–14 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years hands-on.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and managed apps (e.g., nCino).
Proven experience with Lightning system design and LWC development.
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools.
Proficiency in Salesforce integrations and data modeling.
Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and manage client interactions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
