▪ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce development, along with leadership experience in delivering enterprise-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Lead Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including:
Case Management
Digital Engagement
Customer Self-Service Portals
▪ Develop using both:
Declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards
Programmatic tools: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Build and optimize Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Auto-launched Flows).
Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Write scalable and efficient Apex classes and triggers following governor limits.
Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure security & performance compliance.
Collaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Support deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Apex (DML, Triggers, Batch Apex, Testing)
Lightning Components (LWC, Aura)
Visualforce & Native Salesforce Development
Proficiency in:
SOQL & SOSL
Data Modeling & Data Management
▪ Experience with:
APIs & third-party integrations
Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, SSO)
CI/CD and DevOps processes
▪ Programming & Tools
JavaScript, Apex, SQL/MySQL
Basic understanding of Java, C#, and .NET
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Additional Responsibilities
▪ Develop and maintain:
Custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards
Validation rules and approval processes
Implement batch classes for data migration ensuring data integrity
Build customer-facing interfaces with strong UX design
Maintain and enhance Customer Communities / Experience Cloud portals
Resolve code coverage issues and develop robust test classes
Provide technical consultancy and solution architecture guidance
