The lead serves as the Primary Technical Liaison and a senior developer working as "right hand" to the SMS salesforce Architect.
Architectural Collaboration: Works daily with the SMA Salesforce Architect to validate solution designs. Ensure platform scalability and maintain alignment with the long-term enterprise roadmap.
Hands-on development: Actively designs and builds core platform components, complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), and high-stakes system integrations.
Requirements Governance: Translated business stakeholders needs into technical blueprints and advises the SMS Architect on "Custom vs Declarative" trade-offs.
Offshore Orchestration: Acts as the bridge to the offshore team, providing technical mentorship, performing code reviews and managing the CI/CD deployment pipeline
