Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role will oversee a team of 5–6 Technical Leads, ensuring architectural excellence, governance, and alignment with business objectives across Salesforce platforms.
▪ Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices
Own system integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven design)
Establish data models, sharing rules, and security frameworks
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor 5–6 Technical Leads and extended engineering teams
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce development standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business leaders
Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex system challenges
Delivery & Governance
Ensure successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies
Define CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategies, and release management processes
Maintain platform health, performance, and scalability
Enforce governance, compliance, and documentation standards
Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business requirements into technical architecture
Present solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap
Required Qualifications
▪ Experience
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles
Proven experience leading multiple Salesforce implementations
Experience managing and mentoring senior technical teams

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git)
Data migration and ETL tools
Enterprise architecture patterns and microservices

Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Experience with Salesforce ecosystem products (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
