Retail domain/industry is must to have
▪ Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Integration Procedures.
Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
Experience with integration patterns — API-led, Kafka, ESB, microservices.
Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.
▪ Functional Skills
Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order, case lifecycle, service operations.
Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.
Certifications (typically expected)
Salesforce Platform Developer I ()
Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Additional certifications like OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado) are a plus.
