About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Developer to design and scale enterprise-grade AI components. This role focuses on building custom conversational AI and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. You will bridge the gap between complex software engineering and business automation in a regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Development: Design and extend custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium and integrate with Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
Integration & Architecture: Build secure integrations via Azure APIs, Logic Apps, and Functions; implement orchestration logic and prompt strategies.
Power Platform Management: Develop solutions using Dataverse and Custom Connectors while enforcing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions align with Azure Entra ID authentication and enterprise data handling standards.
Engineering Excellence: Apply Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and maintain rigorous documentation for solution sustainability.
Essential Skills:
5+ years in Software Development or Solution Engineering.
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps).
Hands-on expertise with Azure OpenAI and Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse).
Strong proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Expertise in REST API design and Enterprise Architecture principles.
Desirable Skills:
Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI or Power Platform.
Experience with AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub for automation pipelines.
Background working in financial or highly regulated sectors.
