About the Role: As a Senior Developer, you will bridge the gap between core Salesforce Platform development and advanced CRM Analytics. You will design high-performance dashboards, manage complex data architecture, and build scalable Apex solutions to support data-driven decision-making for large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, dataflows, and recipes.
Implement advanced JSON bindings, conditional views, and UI customizations.
Optimize dataflows for performance, refresh reliability, and Incremental Loads.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes while adhering to Governor Limits.
Build modern UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Define data strategies for transformations, aggregations, and source-to-target mapping.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.
Manage security via Row-Level Security (RLS), Security Predicates, and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD).
Essential Skills: Expertise in Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) development and optimization.
Strong Apex programming and SOQL/SOSL query optimization.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Platform Events.
Deep understanding of Data Architecture and Schema handling for large datasets.
Desirable Skills: Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Kafka.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Platform Developer II).
Experience in automated testing and high-coverage Unit Testing.
