Job Description
5+ years experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware Business Analyst/Administrator
Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager
▪ Roles and Responsibilities : Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
▪ Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality
▪ Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
▪ Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
▪ Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
▪ Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issue.
