The Crux of the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the pivotal lead for the daily maintenance, enhancement, and integration of the departments Salesforce instance. Your mission is to ensure seamless system connectivity across a complex ecosystem involving AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD, while managing user security and promoting code updates across sandbox environments.
Key Responsibilities
User & Security Management: Handle profiles, permission sets, and SSO via Azure AD.
Environment Strategy: Manage sandboxes and collaborate with developers to promote code modifications.
Workflow Monitoring: Proactively troubleshoot automation and workflow queues.
External Integrations: Maintain interoperability between Salesforce and AWS Connect/ServiceNow.
Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Active certification required).
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on daily maintenance.
5+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related area.
Proficiency in managing Salesforce sandbox environments and code promotion.
Familiarity with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD integrations.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis).
CJIS Certification: Must be able to obtain this (training provided by the State of SC) following a successful background check.
Clearance: Must pass Drug, Driving, Credit, Criminal, E-Verify, and SLED checks.
