Job Description
Duration: 12+ Months role with possible extension
Visa: Open
Interview Process: 1st video round with implementation client and 2nd video with end client.
· Configure and support SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center).
· Perform requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, and functional solution design.
· Coordinate with offshore team (India) to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure smooth progress.
· Provide regular status updates and progress reports to client stakeholders.
· Support SIT/UAT testing, documentation, and end‑user training.
· Collaborate with business users to streamline CRM processes and integrations with ECC.
