Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations
Experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, AI/Now Assist)
Mandatory Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Establish platform governance, architectural standards, reusable patterns, and design principles.
Drive platform consolidation, modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions.
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning:
ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
HRSD
CSM
SPM
SecOps
AI/Now Assist
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments
