Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders.
The Senior Salesforce Architect will drive best practices, ensure platform scalability, and align Salesforce capabilities with business strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce & Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and limits
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and source control (Git, Copado, Gearset)
Architecture & Integration
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data governance, and API management
Experience with multi-org, complex security models, and large data volumes
Certifications (Strongly Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Soft Skills & Leadership:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present architecture decisions to executive audiences
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Nice to Have:
Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, or SaaS
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Clouds
Consulting or Big-4 implementation experience
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design
Define and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds and business units
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
Design enterprise-grade data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns
Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical design documents
Technical Leadership & Governance
Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams
Establish Salesforce governance, standards, and architectural guardrails
Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and custom code
Drive best practices for Lightning, LWC, Apex, Flows, and declarative automation
Integrations & Enterprise Systems
Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other middleware
Design real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns
Lead Salesforce integrations with ERP, finance, identity, and third-party platforms
Security, Compliance & Performance
Design and enforce Salesforce security architecture (roles, sharing, permission sets, SSO)
Ensure compliance with SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable
Optimize platform performance, data volumes, and system limits
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT leadership
Support solution estimations, roadmaps, and release planning Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and client executives
