Change Management and ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs. Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis. Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels. Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams. Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery. Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance
Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotters 8-Step Change Model). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and reporting skills
Requirements:
